We'll ask about your operation, the systems already running, and what would have to be true for the project to succeed. We will be candid about whether we are the right partner for it.
If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and help point you in the right direction.
If we are the right fit, the next step is usually a short, time-boxed first engagement — an architecture review, a small proof of concept, or an integration spike — that earns the right to the next conversation.
